Your questions, answered
What counts as an “incident” that CSI Tech Corp can help with?
Anything from a computer glitch or network outage to a phone system failure. If technology is stopping your team from doing their job, it qualifies as an incident.
Do I need to be an existing client to get incident response support?
Our incident response service is non-contract, tier 2 support — you don’t need an ongoing managed services agreement to get help. Existing clients can also open a ticket directly.
How fast can I expect a response?
We work hard to keep your network available 24/7. Some issues can be resolved remotely right away, while others may require an on-site visit, and we operate under clearly defined service level agreements.
Do you offer remote support, or does someone have to come to my office?
Both. Many issues can be resolved remotely, but our systems are built so our engineers can go on-site when a problem needs hands-on attention.
What areas does your incident response team cover?
We provide on-call and on-site support across the seven-county Twin Cities metro area.
What happens after my issue is resolved?
We provide monthly reporting so you can see the frequency and root causes of your IT issues, which helps us recommend longer-term fixes instead of repeatedly patching the same problem.
